There is nothing more scenic or relaxing than a beautiful beach and sipping a delicious cocktail while admiring the sunset on your favorite beach: this is the ultimate end to a great day. We have put together a list of the best beaches in the world- let’s see what they are!

Barnes Bay, Anguilla
This pristine beach has some of the softest beach sand that you could ever set foot on. With no stones or even shells, Barnes Bay beach is as flat as a pancake and offers superb views that go on for miles.

Horseshoe Bay, Bermuda
Horseshoe Bay is one of Bermuda’s most popular beaches. This is not surprising, given its crystal clear water, pink-colored sand, spectacular rock formations and its main attraction which is its hidden cove (known as Port Royal Cove).

Matira Beach, Bora Bora, French Polynesia
Possibly one of Tahiti’s most famous beaches, Matira Beach boasts smile of white, silky, powder-like sand that is like pure heaven to walk on. Its emerald-colored lagoon is surrounded by lush palm trees and tropical foliage, creating the ideal vacation setting.

Praia Mole, Florianopolis, Brazil
Praia Mole is a highly popular beach for surfing and paragliding and is hands-down regarded as Brazil’s coolest and hippest beach. The beach is lined with trendy cafes, restaurants and beach bars that are refreshingly welcome of the LGBT crowd and also serve as the site for those who like to kick back and people-watch.

Sunset Beach, Oahu, HI
Sunset Beach is not only a fantastic surfing beach in winter, but it is also an incredible place to snorkel in the summer due to the fact that the water calms down drastically during the warmer months. If its name wasn’t a dead giveaway, Sunset Beach offers its visitors the most amazing sunsets in the entire world, too!

Maya Beach, Ko Phi Phi, Thailand
Known as one of (if not the) most beautiful tropical beach in the world, Maya Beach is your stereotypical, lush, tropical beach. Due to its popularity with sun worshippers or perhaps the availability of inexpensive shopping, whatever the case is, Maya Beach is one of the best beaches in the world! Another amazing thing about Thailand is how friendly the locals are. The Thai coconuts on the beach are the best we have had.

Bells Beach, Victoria, Australia
Located on the famous and highly scenic Great Ocean Road (which is a 150 mile stretch of road along Australia’s stunning south coast), Bells Beach is home to the well-loved Rip Curl Pro. Since 1961, this has been the world’s longest running surf competition, Apart from being an incredibly and beautiful beach, Bells Beach offers amazing surfing.

Glass Beach, California
This Unique beach is situated on California’s Mendocino coast. For decades, various items (mostly glass and some appliances) were thrown into the sea. In 1967, a clean-up program was implemented to remove and break down this rubble, the result of which was that the waves gradually broke down the glass particles and they washed up onto the coastline as translucent and jewel-like stones. A rather pretty effect!

South Beach, Miami, Florida
Last, but by no means, not least, South Beach, Miami, Florida, is definitely where it’s at! This gorgeous, sunny beach, with its light sand and beautiful people is never boring. In fact, the fun extends from the wide beach to the pool parties held at the luxury, beachfront hotels and the buzzing clubs. Some of our favorite spots are Edition Hotel, Mondrian, Casa Tua, Nikki Beach, Eden Roc, Soho Beach House and the Shore Club. South Beach offers an endless amount of options for both visitors and travelers alike. Shopping on Lincoln Road, walking up Ocean Drive or partying the night away South Beach is one of the top travel destinations.
